What is the Golden Visa?

Long-term residency visa (5 or 10 years) for investors, entrepreneurs, scientists, doctors, students, and other skilled individuals. No local sponsor required and it’s renewable.

New Consular Services (Available Abroad)

The suite of consular services is intended to ensure smooth assistance for Golden Visa holders and their registered dependents like spouses and children holding valid UAE residency while abroad. These services focus on emergency response, documentation issues, communication, and repatriation, ensuring that holders receive prompt and efficient aid in challenging situations.

  1. Lost or Damaged Passport? Get a free electronic return document online in 30 minutes. Use the UAE Pass app or MoFA website. Valid for 7 days to return to UAE only.
  2. 24/7 Hotline Call +971 2 493 1133 anytime for help or questions.
  3. Emergency Help: The service provides emergency evacuation protocols for UAE citizens and their families, prioritizing their safety during crises, ensuring they receive the same level of care as nationals.
  4. Repatriation of Remains: The suite streamlines repatriation and burial for Golden Visa holders abroad, coordinating consular procedures, fast-tracking documentation, and providing guidance to grieving families, while ensuring effective processing in accordance with UAE policies.
